NLQ-V Series: vertical arrangement UV lamps

UV lamps are mounted on modules installed in open channels without exposed wires in water and with a hydrodynamic conformation in order to minimize load losses. The UV lamps are enclosed in lamp sleeves and positioned vertically to water flow. 

Multiple modules are configured into UV banks and work in parallel.  Structure of the modules is in stainless steel AISI 316L for housing the UV lamps.

Each module has 30 amalgam UV lamps

 UV sensors are installed to control the UV intensity from the lamps and guarantee the intensity is delivered. 

The vertical design provides an easy access to the UV lamps and quartz sleeves and no need to remove the UV module from channel.

Each UV Module is equipped with automatic cleaning of the quartz tubes. The system is mechanical pneumatic actuated by a piston housed directly on-board module; cleaning is accomplished by a series of rings scrapers designed to exert a torque effective on the quartz surface with a constant efficiency in time independent of the progressive wear of the rings themselves. The Automatic Cleaning System requires compressed air supply.
