Axens Group factory in Salindres

Newland EnTech Europe was the winner and supplier of a Containerized ozone generator plant for Axens Group’s for its factory in Salindres (France), on a historic industrial site that it shares today with the Solvay group.

This factory is the most important of the 7 catalyst and absorbent production plants of the entire group

This interesting project consisted of supplying a complete ozone generator system, all assembled in a fully automated container.

The system consists of a generator of 2 kg/h from liquid oxygen working at a concentration of 150 g /Nm3, meeting all the standards required by the client. Apart from the ozone generator, this Containerized ozone generator system incorporates all the necessary peripherals to ensure continuous optimal operation. The container incorporates a chiller refrigeration system, an ozone gas measurement system, a surveillance system to detect any type of leak (O2 / O3) and all this directed by a control PLC.
